A one-person web shop in North Jersey. No agency. No fluff.
Three years building websites for someone else. Now building them for you.
I'm Daniel. I spent nearly three years as a software engineer building websites for someone else before starting North Jersey Web Designs in 2025. Every site that leaves here is written by me, by hand.
Most of my clients are contractors and home service businesses. They are good at their trade and would rather not spend their evenings fighting a page builder. You tell me about the work you want more of, and I handle the site, the hosting, and your Google presence.
Working with one person has real advantages. You are not handed off to an account manager, your edits do not sit in a queue behind twenty other clients, and the person who answers the phone is the person who wrote the code.
Built with tools that respect your site's future.
Hand-written HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript. No bloated frameworks.
Deployed on Netlify's global CDN. Fast, reliable, and easy to hand off.
Custom Shopify storefronts when you need a real shop.
Semantic markup, structured data, sitemap, and Google Business Profile setup and management.
