What happens after the 6-month minimum on Managed?
It rolls month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and I'll help you find a new host.
Do I keep my site after cancelling?
You keep your domain and all of your content and assets. I retain ownership of the codebase, and it is available to buy out when you leave. Ask me for a quote. Because everything is hand-written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, a bought-out site can be handed to any developer and hosted anywhere.
Why no Wix, WordPress, or GoDaddy?
Page builders create slow, bloated sites that hurt your SEO and lock you into a platform. I hand-code everything in modern HTML/CSS/JS. The result is faster, lighter, and portable. A hand-coded site can be hosted anywhere and worked on by any developer.
What's included in "unlimited edits"?
Content changes, image swaps, copy tweaks, new sections, seasonal updates. Most edits turn around within 48 hours. Major redesigns (e.g. a full re-skin) and additional pages are scoped separately.
Do you do Google Ads or social media?
No ads management. That is a different specialty. I do set up and manage your Google Business Profile, which is the highest-leverage local SEO move for most small businesses.
How fast can you launch?
Standard small business sites typically go live in 2 weeks. Ecommerce takes 4–6 weeks depending on catalog size.
What if I'm not happy?
Full refund any time before you approve the design. After approval, the deposit is non-refundable, because that is when the build work starts.
