What a remodeler's site looks like when it is drawn instead of decorated
Miter & Mason is not a real company. I built it end to end so a remodeling contractor can see the standard before anybody has to spend money finding out. The whole site is laid out like an architectural drawing set, sheet numbers down the side and all, because that is the document a remodeler and their customer already trust.

Put the prices on the page
Every service carries a range and a duration. Full kitchen, $95k to $225k, ten to sixteen weeks. Powder room, $18k to $40k, three to five weeks. Kitchen refresh, $30k to $60k.
Almost no remodeler will put a number on a website. The result is that every enquiry is a stranger who wants a $40,000 kitchen for $12,000, and you find that out on the second visit, after you have driven out there twice. A range on the page does the filtering for you before the phone rings.
02
The process page is the sales page
Fifteen weeks, broken into eight stages, each one with what happens in it, when the payment falls and what it costs. It opens with the single rule the whole schedule hangs on: nothing gets demolished until every cabinet, slab, tile, fixture and appliance is on site and has been inspected.
That rule is why the fictional company finishes ninety-six percent of its jobs in the week it quoted. A homeowner who has been burned by a six-week job that ran five months reads that page and understands exactly what they are buying.
03
Projects with the dimensions written on them
Six projects, each with the year the house was built, its square footage and the finished dimensions of the room. A 1928 center hall colonial, seventeen foot four by thirteen foot two. A 1963 split level, nineteen two by eight six.
A homeowner in Wayne with a 1960s split level is scanning that list for their own house. Six photographs of somebody else's marble island cannot do that.
04
The licence numbers are in the footer of every page
NJ Home Improvement Contractor registration, EPA Lead-Safe firm number, general liability figure, umbrella, workers comp. A remodeler asking a homeowner for a five-figure deposit should expect to be checked out, and making that easy is worth more than treating it as a formality.

What it weighs
The first screen is 176 KB across eight requests, with no third-party scripts at all. No tracking pixel, no font service, no chat widget loading a megabyte of JavaScript to show a speech bubble.
All ten pages score 100 on every Lighthouse category. That is not a trick of the test conditions. It is what happens when a site is only the things it needs.
